Like Paul Porter, his buddy, Policeman Paxton was made by Clay Art. Actually, Paul and Paxton are twin brothers, although they’ve chosen different careers. Paxton was born four minutes before his brother, so he is the bossier of the two. Paul was harassed and intimidated by his older sibling, and made to carry all of his books to school. Thus, Paul became a porter and, at least is getting paid for his toting. Policeman Paxton also goes nicely with Bathing Beauty Beula, his wife, whom he tries to stop from over-eating. It hasn’t worked yet.
