Nutsy and his parents were persons of short stature who were clowns for a corporate circus. After his parents passed, Nutsy was lonely and, because of his height, was treated as a child. But he had dreams and wanted to own a small circus in the right spot. Luckily, the owners let Nutsy go and gave him a merry-go-round and a real, red horse. Nutsy opened Nutsy’s Mini Circus in a poor section of town and continues to bring joy to the whole neighborhood.
