Over in Oxnard, California, a ceramics factory has made quality animal figurines for a century. Founded by Grandpa Izzy, taken over by son Rudy, grandson Friz was next in line. At age fifteen, Friz was boss for a day; the results were critters like Casey & Flower. Friz was fired forever from the family business, which was a good thing. Friz Freleng became the famed animator who created Sylvester the Cat, Porky Pig and Tweety Bird!
