Salty Pelican + Bright Lighthouse
For as long as he’d been out of the egg, Salty lived on the dark side of the Lighthouse. Each day he swam and caught fish in the ocean, then dried his feathers and rested on the rocks in the sun. Salty was lonely but figured his life was pretty good. One day curiosity pushed him to bright side of the Lighthouse. There he saw three children playing on the sand. “I always wanted a pelican,” said the youngest. “I’m yours!” said Salty, happy to be found.
