King Arthur
In 1995, Alfano Art Pottery made fifty cookie jars of this unhappy King. Whether Arthur was a real man or a fictional character is a debate that continues today, as it has for centuries. Legend says that Arthur’s adored wife, Guinevere, loved a knight named Lancelot. This is why our royal cookie jar looks so grim. Still, his canvas print would be appreciated by those who love England, history, or the royals!
