In all of Cookie Jar Land, Fitz and Floyd was the only manufacturer that produced a referee! We’ve had our guy for ages and sometimes bring him out when we’re arguing about the shades of blue that M&Ms come in. We go deep in this family! Rio Referee is for anybody who is, loves or hates referees!
