Sailor Sonny

My dad Max, part of the ‘Greatest Generation,” served as a sailor during World War II. He was named after an uncle who passed away too young and it was difficult for the family to call him ‘Max.” So, he was given the nickname ‘Sonny.” My dad was called “Sonny” through his 90th and final birthday. Made in the early 1940s, this jar has been popular for eighty years! “Sonny” is paired with Soldier Scott, Uncle Sam and other patriotic jars. Sailor Sonny will be beloved by patriots of all ages!
